DIY butterfly pinata

Since Haven's (T's niece) birthday is comin' up, im making butterfly pinatas for her according to the design she wanted for her special day.

This project is fun because my hands are at work, sketching, cutting, painting, anything you can imagine that your hands do creatively.

First, sketch the design you wanted then lay it out on the chip board as pinata's skeleton body. Cut the design and plan on how you stick them altogether. Be sure you have an opening with a flap at the bottom to easily open the pinata when pulled down. Design creatively, you can glue small pieces of anything, draw and even paint; just be sure the materials are lightweight so the object won't collapse. Attach strings for hanging up and desinged strings for opening at the bottom. Finally, you may add candies or little things to start the fun. Happy making!! xoxo, J 💋

P.S. the finished one isn't here yet, i'll post it once in
